Question: Can I purchase Gift Certificates
and let my collector shop for themselves?
Answer: Gift certificates are available
in $50, $100, $250, $500, $1000 and $5000 denominations. There is
no shipping/handling charge when purchasing a gift certificate.
However, usual s/h charges will be applied when the certificate
is used. All gift certificates are handled electronically and can
be used for multiple purchases.
Question: What are your shipping
policies?
Answer: All orders will be shipped
via USPS (fully insured) FREE OF CHARGE.
Question: I am not a technology person.
Can I be sure that your site is safe for on-line purchases?
Answer: All orders are processed
automatically through our secured link. You may safely use VISA,
Mastercard or AMEX to make your purchases. You may also use a check
to pay for your purchase if you are not comfortable using a credit
card online.
Question: What about sales tax?
Answer: All orders placed from within
the State of Illinois are subject to a 6.5% state sales tax. If
you have a valid Illinois resale tax number, please contact sales@joesvintagesportscards.com
with your tax information to have the sales tax waived.
Question: Are any Layaway or payment
plans available?
Answer: We are very receptive to
layaway/payment plans. Please contact joe@joesvintagesportscards.com
and we can set up a payment plan suitable to your budget. Payment
plans work especially well when working on completing sets. We will
set the cards you need aside to assure they will still be available
when you are ready to pay.
Question: What is your Return
Policy?
Answer: Please contact sales@joesvintagesportcards.
regarding specific returns. We typically accept returns on graded
cards within 14 days of shipment. Return shipping charges are
the responsibility of the purchaser.

Question: Do you accept PayPal?
Answer: Yes! We are happy to accept PayPal. Just use the PayPal method of payment at checkout.
Question: Can I use a check to pay
for my order?
Answer: Yes you can pay for your
order by check. However, shipments may be delayed until your check
clears. All prices are in US Dollars.
